Great customer service
Too many technical issues with the online banking for me. I work out of town and sometime I can't transfer money between accounts to buy food and supplies. I can't seem to rely on their system.
The cashier's are polite, professional and it's just a comfortable atmosphere to do business in. The bank is lucky to have those workers. No, I'm not related to or even know them personally.
